Childhood Behavior Consulting Services is owned and operated by
Cortney Duffner, MSW, LMSW

Welcome!
I am a licensed clinical social worker with Childhood Behavior Consulting Services with over 13 years of experience working as a school social worker and over 5 years in private practice.

My passion is working with the early childhood and adolescent populations, focusing on these crucial developmental periods, including early intervention. In addition, I enjoy providing support during transitional times in life such as the journey of parenthood and postpartum support. I have experience in autism spectrum disorders,  anxiety/depression, self-esteem, ADHD/executive functioning skills, parenting skills, navigating relationships and educational advocacy and support.  My background in early childhood, special education and work in the public school systems, has taught me how to support and advocate for students in all areas of education.

In addition to professional practice, I am a mother to three children ages 6, 9 and 11 years old. I feel there is a strong connection between exercise and mental health, therefore my family spends a lot of time playing on the soccer field, baseball field, participating in gymnastic meets and general physical fitness. Being a parent has taught me the importance of finding balance, being open to change, and learning as you go.

It would be a privilege to walk beside you through your journey.
